Our recent staff learning journey at DoDo was an enriching and insightful experience. Through the company introduction, safety briefing, VR segment and hands-on fish ball making session, we gained a deeper appreciation for the teamwork, precision and effort involved in food manufacturing.

The interactive activities allowed everyone to connect learning with real-world practices in an engaging way. We also enjoyed sampling a variety of DoDo products.

Overall, the programme encouraged learning, collaboration and curiosity while providing a memorable and enjoyable experience for all involved.

Our learning journey to TSG on 20 Feb 2025 was enriching and well-organised. From the beginning, communication with TSG in arranging the visit was prompt and clear. We received clear instructions from TSG regarding the visit preparation, visit itinerary and online ordering of food items.

We appreciated TSG's willingness to host the factory tour for our small group. The factory tour was conducted smoothly with good explanation by the guide, Emily. We had the opportunity to see up close the food processing of surimi, crab sticks, fish balls and fish cakes. Not forgetting we also sampled a few products. TSG colleagues patiently answered our questions and packed our pre-ordered items nicely in thermal bags.

The visit offered residents a fun and fascinating peek into how their favourite fish balls and seafood delights are made — from mixing and moulding to packaging. The friendly DoDo staff guided everyone through the process, showcasing the company’s commitment to quality and freshness.

Participants got to enjoy freshly made samples of crabsticks, fish balls, and fish cakes, and captured cheerful moments along the way. It was an enjoyable and educational outing that left everyone with a newfound appreciation of Singapore’s homegrown seafood brand!

Our team was fascinated by the meticulous process behind the production of fish balls and other surimi-based products. The session was engaging and included a do-it-yourself ‘yong tau foo’ segment, and we also had the chance to try complimentary samples from the DoDo's team. We highly recommend visiting DoDo factory! 

Our group visited TSG Global on 4 Sept 2025, where we learned about and observed the technology behind producing fish balls and crab sticks. We were amazed by the impressive output capacity of the machines and the strict food safety standards maintained throughout the process. We also had the chance to sample several kinds of seafood snacks. Our pre-ordered items were packed in a thermal bag for us.

The TSG team was very welcoming and ready to explain and answer our questions. The visit was both enjoyable and memorable, sparking conversations among us. We highly recommend a visit — it was truly an eye-opener to see how Dodo products are made. It was a wonderful learning experience and a meaningful time for bonding.
