Attend to all phone enquiries, provide primarily support to sales department, processing of orders, data entries etc.

Building good relationships and secure orders from key customers, ensure all Company and agency products are well-merchandised with ample stocks at retail outlets, monitor pricing and inventory level etc.

Operating of machines (e.g. bowl cutter, forming etc.), packing of products. Housekeeping and inventory control.

Support new product introduction, assess new product development etc.

Involves overseeing and managing quality control processes to ensure that products or services meet specified standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This position is crucial in maintaining the integrity and consistency of a company's output

Working with team leaders, supervisors, managers and department heads to align departmental needs and goals, coordinate with team members that all operations & projects activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner etc.

Delivery of goods/products to designated areas, provide excellent customer service

To ensure that company products and services meet established standards of quality, reliability and performance. Ensuring the Quality Assurance department operates efficiently and effectively by supporting daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Daily production planning, supervise a team of leaders/workers to achieve quality product and high productivity, oversee day-to-day operation and rectify non-conformances through coordination with relevant departments, handling and rectifying machinery/system issues.
