Turkey Bacon Cuttlefish Melts

Ingredients:
- 2 packs DoDo Cuttlefish Ball with Cheese
- 20 slices of turkey bacon
- 20 toothpicks
- Oil for deep frying
Sour cream and onion dip:
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp english mustard
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 cup chopped spring onions
- Black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Roll and wrap each DoDo cuttlefish ball with one slice of turkey bacon, secure with a toothpick.
- Deep fry turkey bacon wrapped cuttlefish balls until crispy and brown. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, english mustard, chopped spring onions, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Mix well and serve with turkey bacon wrapped cuttlefish balls.
