To deep fry:

Defrost at room temperature for 1-2hours. Cut into thin slices and deep fry in oil at 180c for 4-5 minutes until brown and crispy

For soup:

Boiled in 100c hot soup for about 10 minutes. Best serve with other delicacies (vegetables, seafood or noodle)
