How to participate:
Step 1 – Purchase DoDo products
To participate in the DoDo 50th Anniversary – Scratch & Win Gold Coin, a Participant must purchase a minimum of $5 worth of DoDo products respectively in a single receipt at any Participating Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Convenience Stores, Petrol Marts and Mini Markets during the Promotion Period.
Receipts submitted must clearly reflect the purchase of DoDo products. Any receipts with unclear, unidentifiable, or ambiguous product names and receipt number will be considered invalid and will not qualify for the promotion.
Step 2 – Scan QR code or visit www.thongsiek.com/dodo50th2026/
To participate in the Promotion via QR code, Participants must scan the QR code featured on Promotion advertisements (including posters and wobblers) displayed at all Participating Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Convenience Stores, Petrol Marts, and Mini Markets during the Promotion Period.
Upon scanning, the QR code will automatically redirect Participants to the online microsite at www.thongsiek.com/dodo50th2026/. Alternatively, Participants may also access the microsite directly by entering the URL. Participants must provide the required purchase details on the microsite. Once all fields have been completed, a confirmation pop-up will appear, clearly indicating that their entry has been successfully recorded and submitted.
Step 3 – Submit your Receipt for Verification
Participants will be prompted to upload a photo of the original receipt and manually enter the required details via the provided URL. Receipt image files must not exceed 3MB in size. The entry will only be deemed verified once the agency has completed the verification process.
Submissions will be considered incomplete if Participants fail to upload their receipts or if they fail to manually enter the required details. Only images of original receipts will be accepted; photocopies will not be recognized. Reprints or duplicate copies will not be accepted.
Step 4 – Confirmation of DoDo 50th Anniversary – Scratch & Win Gold Coin Prize
Redemption
A confirmation email will be sent to Participants once their entry has been verified, within
7–10 working days. The email will include:
- The eligible prize for redemption
- Prize collection details, including date, time, and address

Each eligible Participant is entitled to win only one (1) prize per receipt, regardless of the total amount spent.
- With a minimum purchase of $5, Participants are entitled to one (1) chance to win.
- Winners will be selected by means of a computerized system which is not conducted in public.
1. Only entries deemed complete and correct by DoDo will be eligible. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt, and DoDo shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays or non-receipt of submissions.
Employees of DoDo, its related companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or relatives of such employees (including but not limited to spouses, parents, children, siblings, and household members) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Any entries found to be submitted by ineligible persons will be deemed invalid and disqualified.
Participants must enter the Promotion on their own behalf and are not permitted to submit entries or participate on behalf of any other person. By taking part in the Promotion, each Participant represents and warrants that:
- He/she has obtained all necessary consents, licenses, and approvals required for participation in the Promotion; and/li>
- All materials, documents, and forms submitted or created in connection with the Promotion are original and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, patents, trademarks, or brand names registered or enforceable worldwide.
2. Winners of the Promotion will be contacted through the contact details (email, or telephone call) provided during entry. Participants must ensure that they remain contactable at all times. If DoDo is unable to reach a winner for any reason, DoDo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner in accordance with the Promotion mechanism.p>
3. DoDo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. DoDo also reserves the right, without prior notice, to substitute any prize with another of similar value, as determined by DoDo. All prizes are awarded on an “as-is” basis and are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties and representations relating to the prizes are expressly excluded.
PRIZE REDEMPTION
4. All prize redemptions can be only fulfilled via self-collection and winners must comply with all applicable terms and conditions associated with the prizes. DoDo and its agency shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during delivery, except in cases of self-collection at DoDo’s office (22 Senoko Way, Singapore 758044).
Prize collection details for DoDo 50th Anniversary – Scratch & Win Gold Coin are as follows:
- Limited edition DoDo 50th 999.9 Gold Coin (5g) : Self-collection is required at DoDo’s office (22 Senoko Way, Singapore 758044)
- Prize must be collected within six (6) months, by 15 July 2026, before 5pm. Prizes that remain uncollected after this period will be donated at DoDo’s discretion.
Participants agree that by participating in the Promotion, if they are selected as a Prize Winner, the Prize Winner shall execute all further documents and deeds as DoDo deems necessary to effect, perfect, record, or register the Prize Winner’s redemption and ownership of the prize.
If the Prize Winner is unable to comply with the above requirements within the timeline stipulated by DoDo, DoDo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Any Participants who do not comply with the Promotion Terms and Conditions will be disqualified. DoDo reserves the sole discretion to select an alternate winner if the originally chosen winner is disqualified under the Promotion Terms and Conditions.p>
5. DoDo’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final, binding, and conclusive on all Participants, and no correspondence will be entertained.
6. No requests for extensions or replacements will be accepted. All winners will be contacted by Tuesday, 7 April 2026.
7. DoDo may, at its sole discretion, disregard or disqualify any entry, Participant, or
winner in any manner it deems appropriate, without providing notice or reason,
and without any liability to any person. In particular, no Participant shall, or shall
cause another person to:
(i) interfere with the operation of the Promotion or any related website,
(ii) participate in the Promotion in a manner that may cause prejudice or
anomalies in the scoring system or overall operation of the Promotion, or
(iii) breach these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law or regulation.
8. To the extent permitted by law, DoDo shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death, claim, or damage suffered by any person arising from or in connection with the Promotion and prizes. Each Participant, and anyone acting on their behalf, shall indemnify DoDo against any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred in connection with the Promotion.
9. By participating in this campaign, Participants agree and consent that DoDo may collect, use, and disclose their personal data to its affiliates, service providers, and partners, as provided in this entry form, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and DoDo’s data protection policy available at www.thongsiek.com: i. To administer the Promotion, including contacting Participants, conducting verification, and taking any actions necessary for the administration of collectibles and prizes;
ii. To use personal data for promotional, advertising (including targeted advertising), or marketing activities that DoDo believes may be of interest to the Participant;
iii. To send marketing, advertising (including targeted advertising), communications, and promotional materials to Participants regarding any products manufactured, marketed, or sold by DoDo, its affiliates, service providers, and commercial partners.
10. Use of Image/Video Materials Participants consent to DoDo and its agents taking and using video or photographs containing their image or likeness (“Materials”) in any media or form. These Materials may be used for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes by DoDo. Participants are not entitled to any remuneration, royalties, or other payments in respect of the creation or use of their image/likeness or the Materials. Participants release and hold harmless DoDo and its agents, employees, and officers from any claims, demands, or causes of action related to the Materials.
Any information, personal data, and materials about or obtained from Participants may be accessed, stored, or processed in any medium or format determined by DoDo, and may be transmitted across national borders for storage or processing in accordance with the PDPA. Participants who wish to access, amend, or correct their personal data, or withdraw consent for any specific use, should contact DoDo at enquiry@thongsiek.com.
11. This Promotion is governed by Singapore law, and Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
12. Participants who enter the Promotion via third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, or other social media providers) agree to comply with the platform’s terms of use. DoDo is not responsible or liable for any issues arising from the Participant’s use of the platform.
13. Participants:
i. Release DoDo and the relevant third-party platforms from all liabilities arising
in connection with the Promotion;
ii. Acknowledge that the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by,
or associated with any third-party platform; and
iii. Agree to the collection, use, and processing of any information submitted to
DoDo on such platforms.
