Terms & Conditions
Information on how to participate in DoDo Day 2025 – Shop, Scratch & Win Contest (the “Promotion”), together with the rules stated below, shall constitute the Promotion Terms and Conditions. By registering for or participating in the Promotion, all individuals (“Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Promotion Rules and Who Can Participate
1. This Promotion is organized by TSG FOOD PTE. LTD., of 22 Senoko Way Singapore 758044 (“TSG Food Pte Ltd”).
2. The Promotion is open to all individual Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and non-permanent residents residing in Singapore who:
i. are aged 18 years and above as of the start of the Promotion Period (as defined below). Participants under the age of 18 must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian before taking part in the Promotion and submitting any personal information, and must provide proof of such consent upon request by the organizers; and
ii. are not restricted or prohibited by any person, entity, authority, or law in any jurisdiction from participating in this Promotion or similar promotions.
Employees of (a) TSG Food Pte Ltd; (b) TSG Food Pte Ltd’s advertising agencies; (c) dealers; (d) distributors; (e) vendors; and the immediate family members of these employees are not eligible to participate.
By participating in the Promotion, each Participant confirms and warrants that he/she satisfies the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promotion will run from 1 October 2025, 00:00hrs to 31 October 2025, 23:59hrs (both dates inclusive, the “Promotion Period”). Only purchases made during this timeframe will be eligible for DoDo Day 2025 – Shop, Scratch & Win prize redemption.
Multiple entries are permitted for the DoDo Day 2025 – Shop, Scratch & Win, provided each entry is supported by a separate receipt. Each Participant may only win one prize in the Promotion.
Campaign Period: 1 Oct 2025 to 31 Oct 2025
How to participate:
Step 1 – Purchase DoDo products
To participate in the DoDo Day 2025 – Shop, Scratch & Win Contest, a Participant must purchase a minimum of $10 worth of DoDo products respectively in a single receipt at any Participating Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Convenience Stores, Petrol Marts and Mini Markets during the Promotion Period.
Receipts submitted must clearly reflect the purchase of DoDo products. Any receipts with unclear, unidentifiable, or ambiguous product names will be considered invalid and will not qualify for the promotion.
Step 2 – Scan QR code or visit www.thongsiek.com/dododay2025
To participate in the Promotion via QR code, Participants must scan the QR code featured on Promotion advertisements (including posters and wobblers) displayed at all Participating Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Convenience Stores, Petrol Marts, and Mini Markets during the Promotion Period.
Upon scanning, the QR code will automatically redirect Participants to the online microsite at www.thongsiek.com/dododay2025.
Alternatively, Participants may also access the microsite directly by entering the URL. Participants must provide the required purchase details on the microsite. Once all fields have been completed, a confirmation pop-up will appear, clearly indicating that their entry has been successfully recorded and submitted.
Step 3 – Submit your Receipt for Verification
Upon entry by QR code or URL, Participants will be notified on the microsite acknowledging their submission. Please note that this acknowledgement does not constitute verification of the entry. Participants will be prompted to upload a photo of the original receipt or manually enter the required details via the provided URL. The entry will only be deemed verified once the agency has completed the verification process. Participants will then be notified of their confirmed online collectible redemption details.
Submissions will be considered incomplete if Participants fail to upload their receipts or if they fail to manually enter the required details. Only images of original receipts will be accepted; photocopies will not be recognized.
Participants must also retain their official receipts as proof of purchase to be presented during collectible or prize collection. Failure to present the original receipts will result in disqualification. Reprints or duplicate copies will not be accepted.
Step 4 – Confirmation of DoDo Day 2025 – Shop, Scratch & Win
Prize Redemption
A confirmation email will be sent to Participants once their entry has been verified, within 7–10 working days. The email will include:
i. The eligible prize(s) for redemption
ii. Delivery details or self-collection details, including date, time, and address
DoDo Day 2025 – Shop, Scratch & Win Contest
Each eligible Participant is entitled to win only one (1) prize per receipt, regardless of the total amount spent.
i. With a minimum purchase of $10.00, Participants are entitled to one (1) chance to win.
ii. Winners will be selected by means of a computerized system which is not conducted in public.
1. Only entries deemed complete and correct by DoDo will be eligible. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt, and DoDo shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays or non-receipt of submissions.
Participants must enter the Promotion on their own behalf and are not permitted to submit entries or participate on behalf of any other person. By taking part in the Promotion, each Participant represents and warrants that:
i. He/she has obtained all necessary consents, licenses, and approvals required for participation in the Promotion; and
ii. All materials, documents, and forms submitted or created in connection with the Promotion are original and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, patents, trademarks, or brand names registered or enforceable worldwide.
2. Winners of the Promotion will be contacted through the contact details (email, or telephone call) provided during entry. Participants must ensure that they remain contactable at all times. If TSG Food Pte Ltd is unable to reach a winner for any reason, TSG Food Pte Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner in accordance with the Promotion mechanism.
3. TSG Food Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. TSG Food Pte Ltd also reserves the right, without prior notice, to substitute any prize with another of similar value, as determined by TSG Food Pte Ltd. All prizes are awarded on an “as-is” basis and are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties and representations relating to the prizes are expressly excluded.
PRIZE REDEMPTION
4. All prize redemptions can be fulfilled either via self-collection or through an external delivery courier and winners must comply with all applicable terms and conditions associated with the prizes. TSG Food Pte Ltd and its agency shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during delivery, except in cases of self-collection at TSG Food Pte Ltd’s office (22 Senoko Way, Singapore 758044) or DoDo Concept Store at Fernvale Hawker Centre & Market (#03-32 & #03-33, 21 Sengkang West Ave, Fernvale Community Club, Singapore 797650).
Specific collection/delivery details for prizes are as follows:
i. iPhone 17 256GB: Prize will be delivered directly to the winners.
ii. Modori Arong Sodam Cookware Set: Self-collection is required at either TSG Food Pte Ltd’s office (22 Senoko Way, Singapore 758044) or DoDo Concept Store at Fernvale Hawker Centre & Market (#03-32 & #03-33, 21 Sengkang West Ave, Fernvale Community Club, Singapore 797650).
iii. Mayer Prizes: Collection must be made at the Mayer Showroom, Century Square (2 Tampines Central 5, #B1-06, Singapore 529509) within 1 month after the prize collection letter has been sent.
iv. TSG Food Pte Ltd prizes via the respective delivery courier would be sent out by Friday, 28 November 2025, before 5pm.
v. All self-collection prizes (at TSG Food Pte Ltd’s office) must be collected within six (6) months, by 31 March 2026, before 5pm. Prizes that remain uncollected after this period will be donated at TSG Food Pte Ltd’s discretion.
Participants agree that by participating in the Promotion, if they are selected as a Prize Winner, the Prize Winner shall execute all further documents and deeds as TSG Food Pte Ltd deems necessary to effect, perfect, record, or register the Prize Winner’s redemption and ownership of the prize.
If the Prize Winner is unable to comply with the above requirements within the timeline stipulated by TSG Food Pte Ltd, TSG Food Pte Ltd reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Any Participants who do not comply with the Promotion Terms and Conditions will be disqualified. TSG Food Pte Ltd reserves the sole discretion to select an alternate winner if the originally chosen winner is disqualified under the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
5. TSG Food Pte Ltd’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final, binding, and conclusive on all Participants, and no correspondence will be entertained.
6. Where prizes have a specified validity period, no requests for extensions or replacements will be accepted. All winners will be contacted by Friday, 14 November 2025.
7. TSG Food Pte Ltd may, at its sole discretion, disregard or disqualify any entry, Participant, or winner in any manner it deems appropriate, without providing notice or reason, and without any liability to any person. In particular, no Participant shall, or shall cause another person to, (i) interfere with the operation of the Promotion or any related website, (ii) participate in the Promotion in a manner that may cause prejudice or anomalies in the scoring system or overall operation of the Promotion, or (iii) breach these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law or regulation.
8. To the extent permitted by law, TSG Food Pte Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death, claim, or damage suffered by any person arising from or in connection with the Promotion and prizes. Each Participant, and anyone acting on their behalf, shall indemnify TSG Food Pte Ltd against any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred in connection with the Promotion.
9. By participating in this campaign, Participants agree and consent that TSG Food Pte Ltd may collect, use, and disclose their personal data to its affiliates, service providers, and partners, as provided in this entry form, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and TSG Food Pte Ltd’s data protection policy available at www.thongsiek.com;
i. To administer the Promotion, including contacting Participants, conducting verification, and taking any actions necessary for the administration of collectibles and prizes;
ii. To use personal data for promotional, advertising (including targeted advertising), or marketing activities that TSG Food Pte Ltd believes may be of interest to the Participant;
iii. To send marketing, advertising (including targeted advertising), communications, and promotional materials to Participants regarding any products manufactured, marketed, or sold by TSG Food Pte Ltd, its affiliates, service providers, and commercial partners.
10. Use of Image/Video Materials
Participants consent to TSG Food Pte Ltd and its agents taking and using video or photographs containing their image or likeness (“Materials”) in any media or form. These Materials may be used for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes by TSG Food Pte Ltd. Participants are not entitled to any remuneration, royalties, or other payments in respect of the creation or use of their image/likeness or the Materials. Participants release and hold harmless TSG Food Pte Ltd and its agents, employees, and officers from any claims, demands, or causes of action related to the Materials.
Any information, personal data, and materials about or obtained from Participants may be accessed, stored, or processed in any medium or format determined by TSG Food Pte Ltd, and may be transmitted across national borders for storage or processing in accordance with the PDPA. Participants who wish to access, amend, or correct their personal data, or withdraw consent for any specific use, should contact TSG Food Pte Ltd at enquiry@thongsiek.com.
11. This Promotion is governed by Singapore law, and Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
12. Participants who enter the Promotion via third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, or other social media providers) agree to comply with the platform’s terms of use. TSG Food Pte Ltd is not responsible or liable for any issues arising from the Participant’s use of the platform. Participants:
i. Release TSG Food Pte Ltd and the relevant third-party platforms from all liabilities arising in connection with the Promotion;
ii. Acknowledge that the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform; and
iii. Agree to the collection, use, and processing of any information submitted to TSG Food Pte Ltd on such platforms.
