Golden Balls






Ingredients:
- Crabsticks
- Eggs
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil
- Mayonnaise
- Black Pepper
- Seaweed
Garnish
- Seaweed
- Black Pepper
Directions:
- Boil the crabsticks until cooked through. Shred and set aside.
- Add mayonnaise and mix everything well.
- Boil the eggs, peel off eggshells and set aside.
- Coat the hard boiled eggs with egg, then followed by flour, egg again and finally with breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry the coated eggs until they turn golden brown.
- Cut the eggs into halves and scoop the crabstick mixture onto the eggs.
- Top the Golden Balls with seaweed and black pepper!
