Hot 'n' Spicy Seafood Fritters - Ingredients: You Tiao, Fish meat, Tom Yum spices,
Vegetable, Starch, Salt, Flavour Enhancer E621, Sugar and Chilli Powder.
Breaded Scallop Flavoured Nuggets - Ingredients: Fish meat, Starch, Egg white powder,
Salt, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer E621, Scallop Flavour and Breadcrumbs.
Seafood Shiitake Wraps - Ingredients: Fish meat, Cuttlefish meat, Starch, Flour,
Soya milk, Shiitake mushroom, Onion, Salt, Flavour Enhancer E621, Whole egg powder,
Sugar, Mushroom flavour and Spices.
Cooking Instructions:
To Oven Bake: Do not thaw - Pre-heat the conventional oven to 220 deg C. Remove product
from plastic tray. Place on a pre-heated baking tray in oven for 12-15 minutes or until
crisp and golden brown.
To Deep Fry: Heat oil to between 170 and 180 deg C. Deep fry for 4-5 minutes until
golden brown.
