2003
Anuga, one of the world's largest trade shows for the food and
beverage industry, was held on October 11-15 in Cologne, Germany.
More than 6,000 international exhibitors and 165,000 trade visitors
attended this year's show featuring the latest in catering products
and specialties as well as convenience, organic, fresh, functional,
kosher and finger foods. |

FM97.2 DoDo
Stage Show - Hougang Mall 13 October 2002

For a whole two hours, DoDo
and DJs Billy Wang and Fenying from MediaCorp Radio FM97.2 entertained
the residents of Hougang with games and activities. More than
80 prizes were given out, among them hampers of up to S$100
each.

| The highlight of the year,
Singapore's very own art theatre, and Thong Siek was proud to
be part of the celebration, bringing delicious seafood to the
10,000 partygoers and spectators of the opening festival. |

| Hougang Bonanza 2002 -

| For a total of ten days, DoDo
cooked up a storm at Hougang Point with its seafood selections,
tempting delighted residents with classic favourites such as
scallop nuggets, fish balls, prawn balls and cuttlefish balls.

| Healthier Food Festival

| Officially opened by Prime
Minister Goh Chok Tong, Thong Siek exhibited all its healthier
range products at the show. Its MD Mr Lim Boon Chay also signed
a pledge to come up with at least one functional food product
once a year. |

| NTUC's fair of the year, Thong
Siek, along with other major suppliers and retailers, made its
presence felt with shoppers at Suntec Convention Centre with
its wide range of seafood selections. |

| SMEs for the Community
- Fort Canning Hill Sept 2002 |
|
| Thong Siek, always on the
forefront of charity events, sponsored 60 disadvantaged youths
for a factory visit, and provided refreshments for 1000 youths
during the prize presentation ceremony at Fort Canning. |
